The free app is the first to allow customers to manage a combination of banking, insurance, and investment services accounts on a single, safe, and secure platform.

In addition, iPhone geolocation technology enables location-specific features such as getting roadside assistance, finding a nearby ATM, and rental car services.
Last year, members contacted USAA 474 million times through various channels. The USAA Mobile App adds another key piece in the company’s ongoing effort to help members access their accounts, on their terms, anytime, anywhere. Since launching its mobile services platform last summer, USAA has had more than 13 million log ins. Currently, 11.4 percent of USAA customers are using mobile services, an adoption rate that is more than three times greater than leading banks report.
