by Fleet and Family Support Program
Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) is providing an opportunity for Sailors, family members and military retirees to help shape the future of its Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) programs by participating in the 2010 FFR Customer Satisfaction Survey, Aug. 2-31.
The survey will allow FFR customers to voice their opinions on a variety of topics. FFR programs that are being surveyed include Child and Youth Programs, Fleet and Family Support Programs, Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs (Liberty, Fitness, ITT, Movie Theaters, Libraries/Resource Centers) and Navy Gateway Inns and Suites. The results will provide Navy leadership with information that will be used to enhance current programs and improve Navy quality of life.
