Eielson AFB: Airmen Central is the result of a merger between agencies on base to make the process easier on all. The 354th FSS merged the Military Personnel Section, Travel Management, Finance, Scheduled Air Transportation (SATO), Human Resources and the Civilian Personnel offices. They are all located at Amber Hall.
After arriving and getting settled into a room, contact your orderly room to be scheduled for the Wing Orientation. Once that is complete you will be released to your duty section unless you are a first term airmen. First Term Airmen will report to the FTAC for their first two weeks on base before being released to their duty section. As soon as you arrive, let your sponsor know you are here. They can show you around the base and offer any assistance you may need. If you hand carried your records, bring them with you the first day of inprocessing. You will need to turn them in at that time with 5 copies of your PCS orders. Inprocessing is held every Tues in the Military Personnel Flight (MPF).
