We have four seasons. Summer temperatures range from 68-98, with
high humidity. Winter temperatures range from 27-42 degrees with
rain, light and moderate snowfall (annual average of 15 inches). Spring and Fall
are traditionally beautiful with cool and sunny days. Annual
precipitation averages 42 inches, although the Mid-Atlantic states have suffered
through drought years alternating with too much rain due to Hurricanes. Like
most sections of the Mid-Atlantic coast, the weather can change rapidly. Entries
found in the table are in inches and degrees Fahrenheit.
