Check-in Procedures - NAS Lemoore
The first stop for Sailors is Combined Bachelor Quarters (CBQ), Building 800, where their orders will be endorsed. Sailors will then report to Personnel Support Detachment. Marines will check into MATSG-23.
Arriving after normal working hours: Unaccompanied - The first stop is Combined Bachelor Quarters (CBQ), Building 800 to officially check in. The service member will then be required to report to the Personnel Support Detachment (PSD), the next working day. Fleet squadron personnel are required to check-in with their command.
After normal working hours student check-ins will report to Combined Bachelor Quarters (CBQ), Building 800 for orders endorsement and billeting. Permanent Personnel check-ins will contact the MATSG Duty after normal working hours. All Marines arrivals (to include Marines assigned to NAMTRAU and VFA-125) must report to MATSG Admin prior to reporting to their permanent command.
Accompanied - If the service member is accompanied, the first stop is the Combined Bachelor Quarters, Building 800, where your orders will be endorsed. If permanent quarters have not been acquired prior to the service member's check in, temporary quarters will need to be obtained. If the service members made advanced reservations at the Navy Lodge and arrives after 2000, the key to their room may be obtained at the Combined Bachelor Quarters (CBQ), Building 800. Arrival before 2000, the service member will then proceed to the Navy Lodge for registration. If the service member failed to make reservations at the Navy Lodge, there may be rooms available. If no rooms are available at the Navy Lodge, the service member will have to obtain temporary lodging off base. The service member will then be required to report to the Personnel Support Detachment (PSD), 736 Enterprise Avenue, the next working day.
