All personnel registering a vehicle with Motor Transport will have to show proof that the vehicle has been tested and has passed the California Vehicle Smog Inspection. Changes to the Federal Clean Air Act have required the State of California to enforce the State Inspection/Maintenance program on all vehicles registered for over 60 days at military facilities.
