Clear has a Shopette that stocks most essential day-to-day items. Items not stocked at Clear can be ordered through the Exchange catalog. The Shopette also offers a shuttle service where the Ft. Wainwright and Eielson exchanges can ship items that people want to buy at Clear and allow the member to pay for them here. The nearest base exchange and commissary are at

Dry cleaning and alteration services are not offered at Clear.
Clear does not sell any military clothing items. The nearest Air Force clothing sales store is 100 miles away at Eielson AFB.
There is a barber shop at Clear that is open every other Wednesday with walk-in and appointment service. Cost of a haircut is $8.
