Honorable Sue Myrick Representative in Congress Attention: Robert Becker 197 West Main Ave Avenue Gastonia, North Carolina Dear Ms Myrick, As you well know by now, I served my country for twenty two years, and I never thought it would come to this, and I also want you to know you have done more for this family than any representative we has ever corresponds with; however, we might just need your assistant just this one last time. This is the issues; and as you know while the Army was telling you “they will not retaliate against him in response to my previous Congressional inquiry (February 14, 09)” at the same they where processing him out of the Army, even though he was introduce with bad leadership from day one after arriving at Fort Lewis Washington. This is the paradox at the crux of this human lifecycle dilemma. Not the fact that the Army put my son out, but they only gave him, his pregnant wife and his two years old daughter only $245.00 to come back to charlotte, North Carolina on. My wife and I had to purchase a $900.00 plan ticket to get them home safe. The Army also knows his wife was having a baby in a few weeks and they took her medical benefited on or about the middle of April 2009. My son had 57.5 days accrue leave saved up, and doing my days in the military, I were told if you earned vacation days it could not be taking away from you. He also was informed, by one of the finance office personnel while being process out, he should get a paycheck May 1, 2009, and his last check should be on May 15, 2009. However, when I review his Leave and Earning Statement, on line via the military web site, it said zero pay remaining. Mr. Becker can you please look into to issue for us, and hopefully this would close this chapter. In addition, so you would know I might forward a copy of this e-mail to some other party in Washington DC and/or The Pentagon as well, because we are frustrated about this entire situation thus far; and I hope there you can found some resolution for Walter Tyshone Brown In addition, I can be reach at (704) 345-7228.
