Why set up an Account?
I am answering my own question in hope of helping others in the future. There are several transportation companies with vans that will transport you to Travis for a fee. You have to be careful as some have a flat fee for each person and some charge by volume. The more people going to the ariport the less it costs. The van I took cost $60. I asked another van and he told me if I was alone it would cost $100. Avoid taxis.
